      Pros

      Some people are really trying to help make things better, but not enough of them. At the end of the day upper-management calls the shots and 9 time out of 10 they are wrong.

      Cons

      Isn't enough room here to list them all. You aren't paid accordingly, you will work long hours coupled with intermittent furloughs (which makes absolutely zero sense), you will have the life sucked out of you and expected to be thankful for the opportunity to call this place a "job."

      Products are reliable and accurate for decades. Every day is exciting and challenging. Upon arriving each morning, I look forward to what the day will bring. No two days are the same.

      In today's world most public companies have some cons, but nothing comes to mind in the group I represent or work with.
