CFO is currently under investigation by the PE firm that owns the company. CEO dictates but isn’t present. The two other C’s are irrelevant. The CEO/CFO don’t want anybody above Director level at the corporate level - so there isn’t one. The company has been on a significant downhill slide since inception because of this leadership. And the PE firm sees it and isn’t investing. If you want a career, run away.
