Higher management is reachable, encourage learn new things that help in developing skills and senior employees are cooperative. 3. Company believe in right attitude and gave opportunity when no other company outside beleived in me. Big respect for them. 4. Only 5 days working but expects to strech working hours to complete work if failed on delivery commitments but that's fair expectation I believe.
