Great co-workers, awful management - Anonymous employee Visby Medical Employee Review

Visby’s mission is never clear and always changing. They are an unorganized company that doesn’t prioritize their employees. They offer generous vacation days, however, no one can take them for fear of retaliation or excess work when they return. Don’t expect to get recognized for your contributions - it goes unnoticed. The pay is not competitive, which forces employees to quit and look elsewhere. There are minimal pay raises, if at all. You wear many hats but won’t get compensated for them. The new executive team negatively impacted company culture and morale.
