      There are no pros, check cons

      Cons

      Management and director of ops yelling at you on a daily basis ontop of intense work load. Raises/bonuses not given on time and you will get scimped on OT. Mostly a glorified cold-call center. HR is extremely biased and will not help when you make any complaints about management. Staff become easily drained from verbal abuse here causing extremely high turnover rate which HR is aware of.

      From top to bottom Vis A Vis is a great place to work. CEO and CSO are fully involved and on the ground supporting teams. Great place to be.
