      Pros

      There was one good manager but they were pushed out.

      Cons

      Little to no training, bullying and harassment common - management will say anything to keep you on side but ultimately are no help. Very isolating environment. Lots of overtime and weekend work, none of it paid.

      Pros

      Remote work is great. The benefits are pretty good as well. You're able to get work-life balance if you're good at your job.

      Cons

      The work tends to be extremely demanding. There is an offshore team, some of them are A players but some of them tend to make people's jobs harder.
