      Everything is Unorganised, They Don't have work it affects your learning

      Cons

      Work culture is highly affected by favouritism and Bias. There is discrimination based on skin colour, Appearance, body shape, College background, caste and religion. Communication from management is often rude, with the use of inappropriate and disrespectful language towards employees. Overall, the environment lacks professionalism, equality and basic respect
