      The hard working employees that are taken advantage of.

      Cons

      Poor management that lie and also allow racists employee to continue to work there for face value rather than actual acknowledgement of the ones who have worked hard. Those who speak up get fired

      Pros

      For A+ certified technicians, they offer an starting pay of $15.50 as of 2024. If you are not certified the starting pay is $13. Your start off hourly and quickly switch to salary. They occasionally offer 1.5x for overtime.

      Cons

      The distance is an obstacle for most technicians compared to the pay offered.
