Pros

Leader and boss was nice to me, I felt appreciated. Have never been asked to work OT, it's not the culture. I can always go off on time (which is nice, in all my previous company in this industry, sometimes it cant be helped but OT alot without OT pay). There was one time when I chosed to OT to catch up my own progress on my own, when boss knew bout it, they showed concern and let me know that I can tell them if I need more time, don't need OT. boss gave me bonus for that as well.

Cons

There is not much interaction with people from different department. People kinda go lunch on their own. It's not really bad, just that sometimes I hope there is more interaction between employee

Pros

Unique technology in the sports space

Cons

Unclear structure with little distinction between investor-owners, who act like management, and managers, who struggle to operate due to this. As a result of this bloated structure, decision making is slow, team members are not empowered to execute and deliver, and the company moves slowly. The team is spread out globally, which creates a siloed culture. It's a shame as the vision and product have potential.

Pros

- Great work environment and people to work with. - Good compensation and benefits for Málaga (and Spain in general). - Small company with a lot of potential to grow and develop, and you can influence this growth. - The company is hiring lots of great and talented people.

Cons

- The project is still pretty small and that can cause uncertainty for some people. - No clear values set yet. - I feel like Senior Management likes to have too much control over the different departments / Slack channels, etc.
