Pros
I enjoyed working at Virtual 1. They look after their employees & listen to what you have to say, n regards to benefits & company culture. The prov team really look out for each other & I was very well supported by both by team leader & manager. Great company events.
Cons
There was a lack of development & low opportunities to progress within the prov team. I understand it's a small company so opportunities are going to be limited but members of other teams were offered qualifications / certificates. The redundancies we also faced as a team could have been handled better. Apart from our manager/ team leader there was no support from anyone higher and we were very much expected to just get on with it. My trust in senior management therefore went away completely as a result.
