Pros
Realistically, only the people. This place is a job, not a career. The people I worked with made it enjoyable and were the primary reason I stuck around as long as I did. The last I heard, they gutted the staff so I don't know if this is still applicable. They leave you to your work if you demonstrate competency. They left me alone, but other people got badgered quite a bit.
Cons
Very flat company structure, there's no possibility of promotions or upward advancement of any kind. Management is inexperienced, arrogant, and clueless and also has a "Suck it up. I don't care. Do it." attitude on a lot of issues that come up. Upper management is unreachable. You can't get a directive on an important issue so you have to resolve it on your own, only to get chewed out later when they finally come out of hiding days to weeks later and disagree with your decision. Upper management also tried playing office politics in an attempt divide the company and turn them against one another. They would tell one department one thing while telling the opposite to another. Deceptive business practices with our resellers, installers, and vendors that led to NUMEROUS setbacks with our projects. Non-competitive pay. Annual reviews are not guaranteed and you have to fight for them. Multiple people hadn't had a proper review in 2+ years while I was still there.
