People are getting fired for no reason. The management has a communist mentality. If you don't agree with hem you are fired. Until now they fired, team leads, POs, Scrum masters just because they didn't agreed with the upper management ideas. They don't try to motivate people ans solve they issues in the company. They just fire people. They talk about good profits, but don't offer salary increases or if they offer the are so very small that's offensive. If you are interviewing for a middle management position , and like to speak your mind, think twice before accepting an offer from them, because you will not have a long life in this company. Even if this company is a subsidiary of Materna non of their benefits are applied to us. No place to grow professionally.
