Gets boring easily - repetitive call centre duties Overburden employees with work management should be handling Poor management - no HR so no accountability for management at all Don't give due raises, will 'cap' your pay Toxic environment - operations manager has favourites and its obvious No sick days - if you're sick you are constantly nagged asking when you'll return No work ethics or structure Staff is belittled over smallest issues - staff gets thrown under to please clients in the wrong or cover up management mistakes
