Small and developing firm, not many benefits, but positive in that you get to know coworkers on a more personal level since everyone knows each other.

Great office culture! The President and Shayla are really cool and do their best to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible and that their ideas for growth are important. I've never worked for a company that cares so much about the individual growth of their employees.

They're still growing. Changes happen fast so you've gotta be a quick learner because you're picking up different software all at once. They don't pay that great and the benefits are minimal because they're a small company.
