Business Analyst - Business Analyst Virtual Matrix Employee Review

Salary is average, company is stable, don't fire people often, send employees to relevant courses. Good perks and bonuses.

Not up to date with developing technologies and frameworks. Everyone is in their own computer, not much of interaction.

I dont see anything to mention.

- Employer failed to pay salary to their employees on-time, Continuous emails/phone call followup needed to get the salary. - Employer says they will hold employee salary for 60 days, (Jan month salary will be received during March Month) - Often Employer wont respond employee's queries/emails/phone calls. - Employee's often cant access their paystubs, Because employer revoke their paystub access so that you cant track your salary and benefits.
