Learning the software can be slightly tedious and there is no set learning process. Software isn't uniformly coded between projects so it can be confusing at times.

The senior staff is rarely too busy to help an intern or anyone else who may have a question concerning their work. The work environment is laid back and the work is enjoyable.

The work can get tedious with the beginning data entry and a lack of a manual/reference documentation makes it necessary to approach the senior staff for guidance on relatively simple tasks.
