Pros

Higher salary than most virtual assistant outsourcing agencies in Latin America Very organized system for job application, interviews and payment Plenty of job opportunities for skilled assistants Reasonable hours that you wouldn't find otherwise in Latin America Working from home

Cons

Everything is on their terms. You aren't quite an employee, and you aren't quite an independent contractor. But the pros outweigh the cons. Even though Virtual Latinos does not treat the assistants according to the US standard, despite being in the US, they still rank much higher than all the Latin American outsourcing companies that rob and exploit the employees.

Pros

-I worked with Virtual Latinos for several years with mostly positive experiences. -Payments were always on time, and while the pay isn’t very high or competitive, it’s acceptable for the market. -The flexibility to work from home is a big plus. -They offer both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Cons

-Disputes with clients are handled in a very one-sided way. -It feels like the classic “wall and the egg” situation — the assistant has little chance to present their side. -Conflict resolution can lead to sudden removal from the platform without much clarity.
