-KPI's -You will not get promoted here. In fact, you'll probably get laughed at for asking. -Extremely unstable management. There was 3-4 major restructures in my <3 years working there -Constantly obtaining new companies, clients, etc and will blindly attempt to amalgamate said companies into the structure. They've lost multiple customers over this -They will make you feel undervalued and invisible. You're a cog in their machine.

Great if you are an MSP owner and you want to sell your business. Great for you, not great for your clients.

Powernet was a great MSP 2 years ago. I don't know many clients that were happy after VITG acquired Powernet.
