My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. After clearing multiple interview rounds and initially receiving very positive feedback, they suddenly started pointing out irrelevant faults and gave negative reviews without any transparency. It was clearly a fake hiring process with no genuine intent to hire.
There is no growth, no hikes, and no learning opportunities here. Forget about skill development — the team itself lacks the knowledge and maturity to guide or evaluate candidates. The entire system is unprofessional, disorganized, and completely misleading.
The HR team is the worst I have ever interacted with — immature, careless, and disrespectful in their approach. They conduct walk-in interviews just to waste candidates’ time. There is no career progression, no salary growth, no training, no upskilling, and definitely no professionalism.
It honestly feels like they don’t even have the funds to offer proper packages, and that’s why they keep rejecting profiles after dragging candidates through long processes.
