CEO takes a personal interest in you. First time I ever worked for that actually knew my name! Great Staff, Holiday get togethers, Awards, etc. I have been with VEA for 5 years...It has been wonderful!! Best company I have EVER worked for!

Not being able to see everyone due to COVID.

This is a company where the CEO is paying attention to all levels, from top to bottom. Low-level employees are encouraged to enhance skills, and new duties are assigned to help with this. She maintains communication. The CEO is also dedicated to giving back to the community, from sponsoring internships to volunteer work in charitable organizations. Also, the pay is good.

I haven't seen any major downsides here. I'm sure the people who washed out don't have a lot of good things to say about her, but if you're willing to give all the support you can, she'll support you.
