She maintains communication. The CEO is also dedicated to giving back to the community, from sponsoring internships to volunteer work in charitable organizations. Also, the pay is good.

I haven't seen any major downsides here. I'm sure the people who washed out don't have a lot of good things to say about her, but if you're willing to give all the support you can, she'll support you.
