Pros
There is no real email marketing specialist job. This is a scam. They post job ads to drive traffic to their website to sign up for access to job banks. They charge you $89 for a background check and access to one bank. They do not provide you with the background check results (because they don't actually run it, they just pocket the $89) and the job bank jobs are not jobs they exclusively market, as they advertise. They pull them from other sites and re-post on their own, then market it as exclusive access. The email marketing position is designed to get people to post ads for them for jobs that don't exist to drive traffic to their website and take each person for the $89 or the $225 they say will give you access to all job banks. They pay you $12 per victim you recruit to pay the $89+. Not a real job. They just pay you to be an accessory to their scam. Mommyjobsonline.com is one of theirs. There are others. Once you are "recruited" i.e. pay the $89, they send you instructions for posting ads for them. At this point, you are dealing with someone who simply posts ads, not a real employee of virtualdeskjobs.com . The correspondence is extremely unprofessional, ridden with grammatical and spelling errors, and the tone is dismissive. I am in the process of disputing the credit card charge. SCAM!!
Cons
It is a scam. They charge you for a service they do not provide, i.e., steal your money.
