Pros
A great place to work if you want to gain experience using leading-edge environmental field technologies. The company is constantly innovating and upgrading their equipment to maintain market edge. They work at all types of environmental sites for all of the large consultants, so you will get great experience working here. Overall a challenging place to work but with great pay and great people. They hire a lot of former Marines so most employees are disciplined and hard working which makes jobs go more smoothly (at least in my region).
Cons
Field projects by their nature are demanding. Field positions require odd hours, travel, physical demands, and deadlines. Office positions are more typical of a professional office.
