      Pros

      Thanks for the opp, and lots of opportunities to learn and do more; very smart team members in marketing. Fantastic flexibility to work remote or in the office.

      Cons

      Complicated matrixed organizations make getting work done a challenge at time. The acquisition made consultants very very nervous and can be a challenge to get work done in such a large organization.

      You have flex hours to work, Some talented people to associate with.

      Cons

      Very bad management, Less growing opportunities. Local management is very cunning, full of politics, does not know how to use talented resources. In their view, only Foreign returns are great engineers, does not respect local talent.
