The current product suite competes in a crowded market with more established and better-resourced players, and based on observations it may be challenging for the existing team structure and capacity to outperform competitors. Strong emphasis on performance and outcomes, yet limited guidance on how to improve or succeed in the role. Don’t expect any guidance or mentorship. Insular culture that clearly favors those that are Chinese and mandarin-speaking. Clear favouritism and very limited diversity and inclusion for a company located in Toronto.
