Pros

Free med rep lunches PTO builds up fast Good co workers Providers are nice to work with

Cons

MANAGEMENT!! The clinical lead and senior manager are fake as can be. They want yes men to work for them. The moment you have an opposing opinion they have a problem and an attitude. They talk about people behind their backs and smile in their face. The senior manager kisses up on to the c-suite (ceo coo cfo etc). She takes time off but complains when others take time off. It’s definitely weird and I will not be here for long. They will walk all over you if you let them. The clinical lead likes to throw her weight around. CEO went on vacation during Juneteenth weekend and emailed the company stating how happy she was to be on vacation and that the company made a decision to allow a paid day off on MLK instead of Juneteenth. (Instead of both) as if one was more important than the other. She made sure to cover the company’s behind by saying that they celebrate diversity and then proceeded to link information about Juneteenth from Wikipedia of all sources. The very source that we all learn as 10 year olds not use for informational and research purposes. It was a last minute half assed email that showed she didn’t care at all. Anyway it truly is a revolving door here. I’m only here to gain education from the cardiology specialty and move on elsewhere. Also the pay is HORRIBLE! They give minimal raises at the end of the year, no substantial bonuses, and proceeded to send out an email stating why our pay is not going up with the cost of living stating that the cost of living that employees are reciting is not the same as what they use and not as accurate. There’s also minimal room for growth for nurses
