Pros
I did enjoy the people I worked with and the STUDENTS are great. I loved the feeling when you know you helped someone do something amazing in life.
Cons
Campus management and corporate management leave something to be desired. Turnover is a problem, 5 campus presidents in 3 years; Huston there might be a problem?? The level of internal customer service for the student does not exist. It was always a battle with the registrar office or HR to get the simplest of things done. HR department acts like they are doing you a favor assisting you, they are not in your corner folks. Everything is submitted into a portal and then assigned to the appropriate persons to handle but many times things are done incorrectly or not completed and then it falls back to the program director to complete and then is a waste of time even submitting the help ticket. Time is wasted on internal meetings that last for hours and accomplish nothing but if only to hear people talk. My program was the only one to do outside events in order to grow my program other program directors sat on there behinds and did only what was necessary but still retained positions in the company.
