Promotion is not in the cards if in their eyes you don't have the right skin pigmentation. Close minded management - mentality is "that's the way we always did it". Supervisors look the other way as long as it does not affect them directly and do not speak up for what is right. Favoritism. EXTREMELY BIASED --Stayed longer that I should have, hoping beyond hope that things would change but it only got worse.
