      Pay does not reflect the amount of work expected from bottom to top. Some HR assistants as doing the work of business partners while some are doing far less extensive work.

      Working with the clients and helping them with their everyday lives which makes a difference in the community.

      Cons

      The upper management is not supportive at all. Some one always call out or late which makes you have to stay longer on your shift.
