      Worked here for over 10 years, fantastic company to work for - great comradery, support, and family feel. Plenty of perks to the job, as well as ongoing training. The company truly cares about its employees.

      Pros

      Hardly any to be listed. You get a case of wine for Christmas.

      Cons

      Been paid minimum wage, expected to have experience of long term worker. Haven't received a pay-rise despite being told to work extra. Never offered any meaningful training and have been consistently micro-managed in an aggressive manner because I've struggled to learn the role. When struggling with aggressive behaviour from management, I couldn't say anything because I could lose my role.
