      Mostly inspired people, access to the sierras, and desert life. Neat project, fun test launches.

      Cons

      There's a continuous stream of missed "promises" from management. High churn, tribal departmental politics, and low prospects for growth lead to an ineffective work structure.

      Cons

      Slowly taking away employee's benefit like WFH and required 50 hrs/week. Management is conflicting with each other and made bad decision because of schedule driven or lack of technical knowledge.
