Overall, the IQ level was very high per employee, many of the team members were driven to be successful and had a good idea of what was needed to grow the business.

The management team was very secretive, lacked communication skills and were focused on the technical aspects of the business as opposed to the business side of selling technology. The compensation was weak, the financial condition of the company was in question and the levels of investment for the future was weak.
