Get treated like a child. Work crazy hours sometimes don't get 8 hours rest between shifts. When u say that's not right get told to man up and just do it. Last min ture job changed. Don't get told your week work untill late. Long hours sometimes do 17 hour shifts. Poor planning and poor design on jobs. 90% of the time the design u change while in the job
