      Pros

      The population you work with is wonderful. Very rewarding to work with this population. Many of the co-workers are passionate about this work.

      Cons

      Low wages. Staff has high levels of burnout and trauma due to working with traumatized clients and nothing is done by management to address it. Poor management. Awful health insurance and benefits.
