The people and general feel of the place were great. I really enjoyed working there day to day, The company's former CEO was known for not firing people haphazardly (unlike most power-holders in the business), which gave a sense of stability that I personally appreciated. I learned a lot because I hadn't worked in Advertising full-time before this job. I got to learn new aspects of writing like bilingual content writing and copywriting as well. This enabled me to be a lead content writer in my following job.

The paycheck for my position was average, but less than other agencies of the same caliber. If you are not affiliated with any person with power in the company you will probably be overlooked for promotions.
