Used to be great, but with a downwards trend - Software Engineer Vio.com Employee Review

Pros

Talented and driven colleagues, dynamic and engaging industry, solid benefits, competitive compensation, and memorable company events and outings.

Cons

At times, a noticeable party-like culture can feel alienating for more introverted or reserved colleagues and can also mean rewarding the more social employees regardless of performance. Some perks that once made the company stand out, such as schedule flexibility, WFH, clear career progression, regular performance-based raises, market adjustments, and tenure-based salary increases, are gradually being reduced. It’s still a good place to work, but the trend seems to be moving toward fewer benefits, lower compensation, and limited growth opportunities.

Pros

Compensation and benefits were above average. Fellow co-workers were very helpful and customer oriented. The company would be successful if leadership would embrace change and input from employees.

Cons

Unless you are in sales, you are expected to assume the majority of the workload. The company is micromanaged and upper management treats staff in a condescending manner.

Apologies but we do not employ sales people nor have any Vice President employees in Las Vegas . I believe you have chosen the wrong company to review

Pros

Vision, Management, Engagement, Flexibility, Technology, great live work balance

Cons

None come to mind. Benefits if in the USA. They haven't established a US office yet but I'm sure it won't be long
