Pros
The people, definitely. Talented, interested and interesting. Multi cultural. It felt great from day 1. The product is amazing too, enabling people to find the very best deal. Oz & Ido are very hard working people, always there to support anyone who needs them. Omri with whom I didn't work at all was always having a nice word for each of us contributing to this great culture. The office is just so great, it feels like going home.
Cons
We grew a lot very quickly which enabled us to have more support, more things done however not all people arrived understanding the culture. For instance, not embracing the remote environment, etc. I'm though confident that it was changed thanks to the people mentioned above. The salary (and benefits such as pension non existant) was not as high as others companies could provide which was also the second point to my departure.
