Founder/ CEO Brooke is one of the kindest, hands on (in the best way) most curious and talented leaders I’ve ever encountered. I will look to his leadership style as my North Star, possibly forever. People first company. Incredible team of stars, all brilliant and passionate about their work and aligning with Vintory’s mission, always willing to help. Incredible vision and implementation. Results over hours worked. Company to watch.

Lower end base, but tremendous room for growth. this isn’t a criticism, as is often the case with startups.

I have been so happy since I started working for Vintory. There is so much room for growth and learning about the industry, which I love. When I came into the industry, I didn't have much knowledge, but everyone shares a piece of what they know with you. Everyone has been super welcoming and answers any questions that you might have. As a fully work from home community, I've never felt closer to my co workers. On top of that, I've never worked anywhere that has been as flexible and understanding as Vintory. Very happy to have found such an amazing company to grow my career.
