Excellent culture of imagination, collaboration, freedom and accountability. VV has the best products in the wine racking industry. Virtually every member of the team is an "A" player working and contributing at the top of their game. Ownership is actively involved and incredibly supportive with skill development and the latest technology ready available.

Small to medium sized company with limited room for position advancement in some roles.

The people: Our employees from the warehouse to management truly care for each other and have fun at work most days. The owner is very family oriented, I moved from Ohio to come work here. I was assured I could always go see my parents whenever I needed to. So far I have never had a problem taking off even if it is the next day to go and take care of them. We have an exciting product and a great network of people we work with. I consider some of our customers very close friends that I have had the privilege of working with for almost 16 years between this job and my last job. VintageView’s management aim to get it right, and try to listen to the employees and make changes for the better where we can. The owner is spending a great deal of money to give the employees a new home with shiny new desks and amenities. We are also a dog friendly environment which is huge for me since I bring both my dog and my brothers half the time.

Cons: We are behind on technology. While we are working to improve this some of these things take a long time to implement. Decisions can be slow. I think in an attempt to do it right for everyone, but it slows down the process.
