- Documentation can be very poor or even non-existent
- You're "friendly encouraged" to do a lot of extra work outside of the usual software developer responsibilities, and that ties heavily into how much money you'll make and into your growth opportunities
- Too many meetings
- They got the whole remote work thing down only to a functional level, and they sound overall not too happy about it
- On a global scale the pay is not competitive
