1. If you are new, and the operations are unable to complete the month's target, you will have to work for 7 days. 2. Too much politics by CTO(VV), biased towards some people, highly unprofessional, constant liar ( to clients - in terms of dates and work, to colleagues - in terms of projects, and to the company - in terms of his education background, claims to be an IIM-I alma mater. LOL.) 3. Due to CTO, Project Manager remains in complete ambiguity 4. The company is on the verge of shutting down due to various reasons. 5. No stability, process kills you and makes even a simple job, intensely complicated. 6. Operations are lead by a bunch of losers, who are not trained for this job and results in making the job difficult for PM's, Developers and QA's. 7. Employee Contract is a Joke. Even if they assure you incetives and salary hike on it, they have already planned the excuses to not give you the same. An illusionary ladder is created to keep the employee motivated, in which they constantly fail and results in employee frustration.
