Promised bonuses and raises that never happen Under qualified management High turnover - in the time I was there, at least 30 people quit or were let go Constant changes with the direction of the company The owner is a salesman who is only looking out for himself and what type of new car or boat he can buy next The company is losing money because they are giving away their services just to be able to say they have more clients They will overwork you if you let them The field staff is typically under qualified and overpaid for what they do
