I had easy hours, got to make the money I wanted to based on my performace, got to teach, train, and develop others, and I made life time friends.

Cons

even though they offer you a "base pay" you end up having to pay it back so if you don't sign up anyone for services you pretty much end up owing the company and they take it out of your next check.

Thank you for your review, we appreciate all input we receive so we can make our company better!. We have not had "clawback" system in about 3 years. There is no paying back what you make. We do in fact offer an hour plus incentives and bonuses.

Thank you for leaving a review, however, the definition of a pyramid scheme is "a form of investment (illegal in the US and elsewhere) in which each paying participant recruits two further participants, with returns being given to early participants using money contributed by later ones" We do not ask for money from anyone at any time, we pay all of our our employees. We do offer benefits to all of our employees, we also give full reimbursements for everyone who travels with us.
