Fast pace, activity, lots going on and no chances to be bored - ever! You can see tangible results from day one and the individual teams are exceptional. People here are very bright, multilingual, open minded and determined to make a difference. The location is excellent, offices are slick and there is a feeling of promise for the future because of our digital transformation internally and externally (for our consumers). The business makes a real impact in real communities globally.
Cons
Not for the faint of heart - you need to be resilient and ready to move with the change and not resist it. The company is moving so fast that we are making up the structure and process as we go. Classic problem of a start up that has grown too fast.
