Pros
10% above average pay, nice office facilities. So many other people working at the company think it's a farce and are waiting for a package that it can be quite a good laugh.
Cons
They do not care about their people, have so many leaders coming and going that I truly don't know what the plan is to save the business, and they don't know how to build motivation around whatever the strategic direction is. The CEO hardly shows his face and there are some top senior executives from the Russian shareholder side who have jobs but no-one exactly knows what they are.
