If one is interested in creating an impact in the rural/ development sector, wanted to learn about the social business incubation, Villgro is a good place to work. Villgro being a social venture capitalist, encourages the talent of the budding entrepreneurs by helping them to develop business plan, provide experienced and young talents, marketing collateral and mentoring by being on their board. One would not only get hands-on experience, but also would be exposed to working closely with a budding entrepreneur. It will a learning journey with a lot of uncertainties but would be fun!
Cons
There are more number of processes for each of the activity. It consumes a lot of time both at the front end and back end. The structure is more evolving, which gives a feeling that it is not stable. The leadership at Villgro is not very stable.
