      Pros

      Small Company with a big foot print in the industry, so if you perform, it will be noticed. Good peer to peer working environment departments work with each other to compete for the companies goals Live the Toyota life of production.

      Cons

      Location, location, location... if the industry as takes a turn for the worse, this will be one of the products hurt the most.
