NONE.....They are totally Dis-Functional....Spirit has been sucked out of the Place.... The current Engineering Management should be replaced on the refrigeration side of the company.... and new personnel brought in to fix the issues....

Cons

CAD Database and Engineering Files are Un-Usable....Viking switched from Pro-E over to Catia v5 and so all the past engineering data can't be accessed by catia.....The whole product line Side by Side, AR, AF and Bottom Mount refrigerators are out of specification...So they shutdown the refrig plant a month ago.....They have no analysis for their thermal issues, cabinet structural problems, door swing geometry issues, so on and so forth...What a complete failure...
