I had the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and meaningful projects, which helped me grow both professionally and personally.

At times, the work hours could stretch longer than expected, especially during project delivery phases. The company has room to grow when it comes to international exposure and expanding its global footprint. Team-building activities were limited, and enhancing them could improve collaboration even more. Some of the internal tools felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade, and the documentation process could be streamlined for better efficiency.
