Pros

All I could earn here is only good and valuable friends. There are no pros other than this. All I did was invest all my experience in this organisation for no learnings and professional growth in return

Cons

Deceptive HR Practices: The HR department acts more like a sales team, presenting a false image of the company. Despite promises of exciting projects, my eight months with Vigor LaunchPad were wasted due to a lack of meaningful work. Absence of Business Development Team: The company lacks a dedicated business development team, resulting in a failure to secure new projects and stunting company growth. Employee-Unfriendly Policies: Company policies heavily favor management, with HR failing to advocate for employees' rights and interests, instead acting as a mere puppet for upper management. Role Misallocation: Despite assurances of a client servicing role, I was assigned to handle events clients, which didn't align with my digital marketing background. Despite raising concerns, HR remained silent and failed to support me. Incompetent HR: HR emerges as a significant issue within the organization, displaying incompetence in addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Inefficient Operations Team: The operations team responsible for influencer payments consistently fails to meet deadlines, damaging established networks with influencers and affecting professional relationships. Delayed Payments Even After Departure: Even after leaving the company, I continued to receive calls from influencers regarding delayed payments, reflecting poorly on Vigor LaunchPad's credibility and professionalism. Poor Leave Management: Despite applying for leave well in advance, employees are required to follow up multiple times with HR to ensure their requests are processed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Delayed Salaries and Lack of Communication: Employees' salaries are consistently delayed without prior notification, forcing them to repeatedly request their rightful pay from management. HR Incompetence: HR's performance is subpar, failing to address employee grievances effectively and contributing to a toxic work environment. Office Hygiene Neglect: Basic hygiene standards are ignored, with unclean washrooms and even blood stains on toilet seats being overlooked by HR, indicating a disregard for employee well-being and workplace sanitation.

Pros

Vigor Launchpad is a really good place to work with a very chill and friendly environment. Everyone here, from HR to team members, is supportive and cooperative. One thing I personally liked the most is the support from the founder. I learned a lot from him — especially his hardworking attitude and the passion he has for getting brands onboard. Working closely in this environment helped me improve both professionally and personally. You always get to learn something new here, and the team culture makes work enjoyable.

Cons

Sometimes there’s pressure to pitch multiple brands, and on rare occasions weekend work is also needed. But honestly, that’s quite common in this industry. The good part is the company also provides work-from-home flexibility many times, which balances things out well. Overall, it has been a positive experience.

Pros

As a fresher, I absolutely love being here and enjoy the positive and growth-oriented environment. It's been a great learning experience for me. I have immense respect for our founder, Pravash, whose communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with brands and team members are truly inspiring. This opportunity is helping me enhance my skills, gain practical exposure, and grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

There are many exciting opportunities and projects, which can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they provide excellent exposure and learning.
